Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our Ready-to-Eat and Fresh area team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth operations, timely completion of packing tasks, and adherence to all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced production environment while developing valuable skills in packaging processes and materials handling. Duties Operate packaging equipment and hand tools to assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment Interpret production documents and work instructions to ensure accurate packaging procedures Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations to ensure compliance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station, adhering to safety protocol guidelines Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, materials movement, and storage logistics Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying product quantities accurately Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial tools, hand tools, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including
