Job Description

Job Title:

Packer Action Group Staffing is currently seeking dependable Packers to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance and quality work.

Claremore, OK Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18.00/hour

DOE Bonus Plan:

Earn an additional $2.00/hour on days the team reaches productivity thresholds

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 4:00pm - 1:00am Job Requirements HS Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Hard-working with a high level of self-discipline Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pass a drug screen and background check Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following duties: other duties may be assigned: Pack products accurately and efficiently according to specifications Inspect items for quality before packing Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily productivity and quality standards Follow all safety rules and company procedures This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates who want steady hours, competitive pay, and bonus potential.
