• Job Description
• The Shipping/Packing Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves handling inventory, using RF scanners to verify order accuracy, packaging products according to company standards, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently.
• Responsibilities
• + Pick products and customer orders accurately. + Pack items into shipping boxes and prepare orders for shipment. + Scan products using RF scanners. + Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards. + Assist with shipping, packaging, and inventory-related tasks. + Work in a fast-paced, semi climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Requirements
• + Previous warehouse, distribution center, or industrial experience. + Experience with picking, packing, shipping, or receiving. + RF scanner and inventory experience preferred. + Reliable transportation. + Stable work history with approximately one year or more at previous employers. + Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
