What You'll Do As a Packager, you will be responsible for: Repacking cereal and granola products into larger shipping cartons with accuracy and care. Carefully placing items into boxes and applying correct labels to ensure proper identification. Counting and verifying cases to maintain inventory accuracy. Stacking boxes and building pallets to prepare for shipment efficiently. Keeping your work area clean and organized to meet safety and quality standards. Assisting in maintaining smooth production flow and meeting daily output goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift between 35-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
