Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operations Associate to support daily packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will assist with packaging, weighing, labeling, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with a team, and can follow established procedures and instructions.
Available Shifts & Pay Day Shift:
7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday — $19-$21/hour
Evening Shift:
4:00 PM-12:30 AM, Monday-Friday — $19-$21/hour Responsibilities Package finished products according to established procedures. Assist with bagging and packaging machine operations. Accurately weigh, package, label, and store finished products. Ensure products are placed in the correct bins with proper liners and labels. Complete required product and bin documentation accurately. Assist with organizing product for packaging. Follow all quality control procedures and complete required paperwork. Clean and sanitize machines, tools, and work areas. Maintain a safe, organized, and clutter-free work environment. Operate a small forklift as needed, with required certification. Follow all safety and facility procedures. Work overtime as scheduled or needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous production, packaging, baking, food processing, or food-handling experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
