Temp To Full-Time Packaging & Customer Support Associate We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving, Kitting, and Customer Service Associate who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and supporting a busy electronics operation.

Tualatin, OR SALARY:

 $21.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

 Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Evaluation-to-Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, kit, package, and prepare sub-assembled circuit boards and related items.
• Utilize packaging lists to verify appropriate items and ensure materials are itemized correctly.
• Check orders for accuracy and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the process.
• Answer iing phone calls and provide polite, professional customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with basic inquiries as needed.
• Work alongside the Inside Sales Manager to support customer needs and daily workflow.
• Maintainanized documentation and support accurate handling of materials and orders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of experience in receiving, kitting, packaging, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify items accurately against packaging lists.
• Good phone etiquette and professional customer service skills.
• Willingness to be polite, helpful, and patient when answering customer questions.
• Electronics, circuit board, orponent knowledge rmended.
• Ability to work well independently and alongside internal team members.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position works in a warehouse, production, and office-adjacent environment. The role may require standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling packaged materials or electronicponents throughout the workday.
