Responsibilities Sorting clients' belongings before we work through the purging phase. It's the most important part of our purging process which ensures it moves along fast, efficiently, and in an organized fashion. Moving, building, and loading (with help) large or heavy furniture onto trucks and into attics, upstairs and downstairs. Properly loading and unloading trash and donation items for removal Light installation work (wall-mounted shelving, ceiling racks, pull drawers, etc.) Pack Outs

• Packing clients' items carefully and with thought to ensure their treasured items make it to their new homes safely. Qualifications Ability to use common sense while doing repetitive tasks. Ok working around animals. Most of our clients have pets of varying types
• from cats and dogs to monkeys and livestock. Must be able to stand on your feet for 6+ hours Must be able to lift 50+lbs Nice to have: Experience with hand and power tools. Basic building knowledge
• can correctly read a tape measure, stud finder, and level.

Previous experience with a moving company is a plus. Understands space and basic organization with a willingness to learn. On-the-job training will be provided. You bring the work ethic and we'll get you the expertise and experience! You will need reliable transportation to our office in Wilsonville, and from there you will travel to and from job sites with our project manager.

Education:

GED or High School graduate The pay range is $18-20/hour to start! We're a small local business at a pivotal point in our growth! While we don't currently offer PTO or benefits, we will soon. We want to make sure we take care of our employees, and as an early-stage team member, you will get the first pick of your place in our company as we grow.
