Job Responsibilities Operate robotic picking equipment to accurately select and move products. Pick and prepare customer orders according to established procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Inspect products for quality and accuracy during the picking process. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Keep the work area clean and organized. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, picking, or distribution experience. Comfortable working with technology and automated equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
