Job Description

Tempstar Staffing in Hanover, PA is seeking Picker/Packer candidates for our client located in the Hanover, PA area. 2nd shift! Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-11:30pm.
Picker/Packer Duties:
Pack finished food products into boxes and cartons Inspect products for quality and proper packaging Ensure boxes are properly labeled and sealed Stack completed boxes onto pallets Keep the work area clean and organized Follow all safety and food-handling procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals Perform other duties as assigned
Picker/Packer Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or packing experience preferred Food manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all food safety policies and procedures Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to meet employment eligibility requirements.
