Duties Carefully review order sheets or electronic systems to identify items needed for each customer order Efficiently locate and pick products from shelves or storage areas using proper handling techniques Verify item quantities and quality before packing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly Accurately pull material and prepare documentation (Traceability, Certifications, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and resolve any picking discrepancies Assist with inventory counts and report stock shortages or damages promptly Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 50 pounds Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control Basic reading, counting, and organizational skills Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or carts is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills Prior experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us!
