Job Description
Rotational Shift:
one week 3 days next week 4 days, 6 AM - 5:30PM Primary Function:
The Lumper will be required to move product with a pallet jack within or near work site. The Lumper will provide timely feedback to Management on performance and procedure issues. Must always follow company policies and safety guidelines always.Values:

- Ensure that all emergency exit doors and fire extinguishers are free and clear of debris and/or obstructions.
- This position requires flexibility to work in various assigned work areas.
- Reports to and assist the shipping and inventory departments as needed for various duties.
- Report to and assist management with any issues that may be observed on the dock such as GMP, food safety, or unsafe product staging concerns.
- Prompt stacking / lumping / rebuilding of product pallets / boxes.
- Identify and escalate any pallets that visibly do not meet Mastronardi Specifications (crushed, leaning, damaged, or any visible product that appears to not meet Food Safety standards).
- Ensure work areas are maintained and left clean and clear of all debris and strayed product.
- Assist with dumping product in or outside the facility in company approved containers daily.
- Remove / apply and record product inventory tags as required.
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments.
- Record numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use.
Education/Background Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must pass Drug Test, Background Check and pre-employment Skills Testing.
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire.
- Must be high-performance team player and be willing to work in a dynamic, growing, demanding and fastpaced environment.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality and protect proprietary information.
- Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job.
- Willingness to work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity.
- Willingness to be responsible for company property.
Working Conditions:
- Environment includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 70°F and occasional down to 55 degrees. The background noise approaches 70 dcbs
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending on a regular basis.
- Visual and audio sensory are needed regularly
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
