Latrobe, PA 15650 Our production facility is looking for precise and consistent professionals to assist in the inspection and packaging of plastic medical components.

We invite candidates who value reliability, enjoy collaborative work, and excel within a sanitized, high-speed manufacturing setting to apply. Compensation and Schedule The starting wage is $16.50 per hour. This position operates on a daylight shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, following a 2-2-3 rotation. Core Responsibilities Examine and prepare items for shipment by strictly adhering to established production protocols. Ensure the production area remains orderly and free of debris to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Adhere to all required sanitation and protective garment protocols. Communicate any equipment malfunctions or quality discrepancies directly to management. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Required Qualifications A keen eye for identifying minute details. The ability to contribute effectively to team goals through clear communication. Strong organizational skills to manage your time efficiently throughout the shift.
