Montgomeryville, PA Pay Rate:
$18.19 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM Roll In. Clock In. Crush It. Packer Wanted. Gerrell keeps it simple but says everything: "They treat you so respectfully," -Gerrell, Staffmark Associate. Forget slow days and same-old warehouse jobs shifts. We're looking for Packers who like to move, hustle, and make every box count. If you've got energy to burn and a work ethic that won't quit, then we've got a warehouse job with your name on it.
Requirements:
Entry level with on-the-job training! Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not specified as required Ability to frequently stand, bend, stoop, grasp, and manipulate small parts Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures Must follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ability to complete production and quality documentation Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a clean work area Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. with a team lift on an occasional basis
Job Duties:
Follow safety rules and help keep the work area safe and clean. Pack, stack, label, and move products onto pallets for shipping. Read work orders and instructions to make sure the right products are made and packed. Check products for quality using tools such as gauges, scales, and measuring devices. Keep production records and report any machine problems to a supervisor. Help with basic equipment care and complete other tasks as assigned.
