Our Process:

As a Packing Specialist, you are responsible for preparing completed kits for shipment. Your work ensures orders are accurate, secure, and protected from damage during delivery. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Machine Wrapping:

Operate the wrapping machine to securely protect wood posts and beams.

Order Verification:

Count, measure, and check materials against order sheets to ensure accuracy before packing.

Strategic Stacking:

Load and arrange materials onto skids to keep them stable and protected during transit.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts while packing and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to your supervisor.

Final Preparation:

Finish skids with plywood, banding, and shrink wrap according to company standards and supervisor approval.

Maintain Workspace:

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Team Collaboration:

Assist with other production tasks as needed. What You Bring (Qualifications):

Required:

Strong work ethic and reliability. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well with others. Positive and professional attitude. Ability to safely lift, lower, push, and pull up to 100 lbs (with proper training and assistance). Commitment to following safety procedures.

Preferred:
