Packer Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Packer at our Oil City location. This role involves packaging plastic bottles as they come off the production line, ensuring products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. Responsibilities Package plastic bottles as they come off production machines. Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. Count, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals. Essential Skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience. Experience working 12-hour shifts. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oil City, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $16.40/hr.
