• $20/hr on w2 The Material Picker/Packer and Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship materials according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments are properly prepared and documented.
• Maintain inventory organization and support warehouse operations as needed.
• Always follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
