Visually inspect product aesthetics to ensure compliance with customer specifications Read Work Orders and set up area with required packaging materials Record scrap data (scrap piece count and scrap reasons) and communicate to OPS team Recognize all profile quality defects and take appropriate action Accurately count & package finished goods in accordance with packaging guidelines Accurately document production data Observe safety and security procedures & reports potentially unsafe conditions Participate in continuous improvement projects/events Forklift operation Job Requirements for

HS Diploma or GED Forklift experience Able to read digital calipers, dial calipers, and tape measures. Quality is a major focus in this role and requires being focused on identifying and preventing quality defects from making it to the customer.
