Warehouse Packer Position Summary Position Summary Lubker Distribution Inc., a local industrial supply distributor in West Chester, PA, is seeking dependable individuals with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic to join our operations team as full-time Packers. Our facility is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located outside of West Chester, PA in East Goshen Township. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Packing Process customer orders efficiently and accurately prior to shipment. Count and package fasteners and similar components with attention to detail. Follow established packing procedures to ensure shipment accuracy. Material Handling & Stock Control Assist with material handling, stock putaway, and inventory organization. Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform general labor tasks as needed to support warehouse operations. Training & Support Full training will be provided for all utilized equipment and processes. Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. No prior experience required; training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalent required.
