Responsibilities Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free of defects before shipment. Package finished products and apply labels accurately. Ensure order accuracy before products leave the facility. Operate packaging equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Work alongside a team to meet daily production goals. Catch damaged, defective, or incorrect products before reaching customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous packaging or warehouse experience Experience working with production quotas Familiarity with shipping processes Experience operating bagging or blister pack equipment Lean manufacturing exposure Quality control experience Work Environment The position is located in a manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled, with both automated and manual machinery.
