Full Job Description Position:

Labeling/Boxing/Shipping/Paint Mixing. (Do it all! Fast-paced!) Hiring Immediately. No Experience Required! Entry-level job with room to grow. We are a small e-commerce company that sells automotive touchup and spray paint throughout the US. We are looking for a full-time, motivated, high-energy, reliable individual to help propel our company to the next level. Someone who wishes to stay & grow with the company.

General Description:

The "Do it all! Fast-paced" Specialist's primary responsibility is to is to fill-in everywhere at. Some weeks you might do much of the same work every single day, while some days you'll do a lot of different tasks. Depending on the day/week and specific challenges of the moment, you'll prepare shipment boxes, create product kits, and even mix paint. Are you extremely detail oriented? Do you like to lock-in, focus and take pride in your work? We value motivated individuals who have get up and go. As a floater, you'll learn a variety of skills that will give you the opportunity to learn & grow with our company. Knowledge, skill and abilities required:

• HS diploma or GED
• Proven ability to perform mundane or tedious tasks with high efficiency, with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity and perform quality work while moving fast.

Can work independently Ability to manage workflow and independently determine what work needs to be done

Work Environment:

Warehouse environment with light exposure to paint fumes and air compressor noise We are located close to the Tigard Bus/Max station Hours 7:00AM to 3:30PM, M-F. Hours may be flexible. Sunday afternoon/evening shift available also. Job does not allow working from home or the use of personal electronic devices.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand for 100% of a standard working day Must be able to lift 1-15 lbs occasionally, and 16-40 infrequently Must be able to perform repetitive movements If you are looking to be part of a small team with great management support and training, and you have a great work ethic, this could be a great match.
