Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Packer/Sorter to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, sorting, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient production flow, uphold safety protocols, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products. This position offers an engaging environment where precision and attention to detail drive success. Responsibilities Carefully pack finished products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Sort items based on size, type, or quality specifications, ensuring proper categorization Conduct visual inspections and utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product quality Follow strict adherence to
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and other quality management systems Record data accurately during inspection processes and maintain detailed documentation for quality audits and traceability Collaborate with quality control teams to identify defects or deviations from specifications and escalate issues promptly Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols and
ISO 13485
standards Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or quality inspection roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with quality systems such as
QA/QC, ISO
9001, or
ISO 13485
is advantageous Knowledge of calibration tools including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) will support your success in this role Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Ability to follow detailed procedures aligned with FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP guidelines Excellent attention to detail combined with good organizational skills for data collection and record keeping Join us in a dynamic environment where your precision and dedication help ensure the highest standards of quality. Pay:
$26.16 - $41.69 per hour
