Odd Bunch is looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Team Members / Packing Specialists to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you will help prepare and pack fresh fruit and vegetable boxes for customers while ensuring quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Unload and organize incoming fruit and vegetable shipments. Sort and prepare fresh produce for packing. Pack customer boxes accurately according to weekly orders. Handle product substitutions when required. Load completed boxes onto delivery trucks or trailers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines. Work efficiently with team members to complete daily tasks.

Expectations and Requirements:

Be reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts. Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs. Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse. Pay attention to detail and ensure high-quality packing. Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset but not required. No experience is necessary—training will be provided.
