In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and excellent service delivery. Duties Accurately pick customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems (WMS) tools such as RF scanners and order pickers Pack items securely, ensuring quality control standards are met and products are protected during transit Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and organize inventory Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory and maintaining organized storage areas in compliance with safety protocols Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments safely using appropriate equipment Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), manual handling techniques, and safe operation of heavy machinery Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in picking & packing processes Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Strong understanding of inventory management systems and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to efficient warehouse distribution!
