Job Title:

Technician Job Description This technician role focuses on general labor support, including moving and organizing materials, cleaning contents as needed, and assisting on job sites. You will report to the shop each morning and then travel with the team in a company vehicle to various sites. The position offers consistent weekday hours with no weekend work and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Responsibilities Report to the office or shop each morning and ride in a company vehicle to assigned job sites. Move boxes of materials and contents safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Organize materials, lockers, and storage areas to maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Clean materials and contents when needed, following provided instructions and standards. Work consistently and stay productive throughout the shift with minimal supervision. Follow directions, accept coaching, and adapt to changing work needs and priorities. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of required footwear and work attire. Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic to support a steady workflow. Support the shop operations when not on job sites, including general labor and housekeeping tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
