Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Production Assembler/Picker is responsible for accurately picking, assembling, and inspecting products in accordance with established production standards and procedures set forth by Bliss Mfg. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and adherence to all company safety and quality requirements.Essential Responsibilities:
Pick components for customer orders and verify that the correct items are included in each box. Assemble assigned products and components in accordance with production guidelines/specifications. Inspect completed products to ensure they meet established quality standards and requirements. Notify the Supervisor or Production Manager of any product discrepancies or quality concerns. Monitor inventory levels of non-production items and notify the Supervisor or Production Manager when supplies are running low. Maintain items in the proper numerical order and ensure work areas and stock remain organized. Follow all established company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Perform all duties accurately, efficiently, and in a manner consistent with company quality standards. Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be able to read and comprehend order forms and written instructions in English. Must be able to accurately identify and organize items in numerical order. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be willing and able to follow all company safety policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Lead Person and/or Production Manager . Must be self-motivated and work well unsupervised.Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
