Key Qualifications:

Current SLP-CCC certification and active licensure Enrollment in the Rhode Island Medicare program required Experience or passion for working in a school-based setting Willingness to work full time and travel locally among school sites/community centers Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for an elementary caseload Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Travel to other community centers within the district as needed Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and Medicaid guidelines
