Job Responsibilities 1. Sort, count and pack finished diapers into cartons; 2. Inspect the appearance of packaged products, pick out stained, damaged and defective goods to guarantee outgoing quality; 3. Verify product specifications, production dates and batch numbers to avoid mixed packing, wrong packing and quantity shortage; 4. Stack finished goods neatly, clean the workstation and keep the working area tidy; Match the production capacity of assembly lines and finish daily packing output Duties Carefully inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and packaging specifications Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble and prepare items for packaging Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to transport materials within the facility Follow packaging procedures aligned with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote safety and productivity Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of packing tasks and resolve any issues promptly Job Requirements 1.
