Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pack-Out & Utility Associate to join our team at our Greer, SC facility. You'll pack and prepare finished products for shipment — the last check before they reach the customer — and you'll also be the go-to person who keeps the floor moving: supporting the lines, handling materials, and pitching in wherever the shift needs a hand. It's a hands-on, varied role for someone who takes pride in their work and likes staying busy. No experience required — we'll train you, and there's real room to grow into operator and technician roles. What You'll Do Hand-pack finished products into boxes — the core of this role: each one labeled, counted, and quality-checked before it leaves your station. Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies and flag any issues right away to keep our quality high. When the pack-out robot is running well and there's an extra set of hands, help keep it fed and cleared — but hand-packing the boxes is your main focus. Move and stage materials, supplies, and finished goods, and keep work areas clean, safe, and shipment-ready. Support the production lines wherever needed — loading, unloading, changeovers, and general help so operators can stay focused on running the machines. Assist with inventory counts and verify quantities to keep fulfillment accurate. Operate basic equipment such as tape dispensers and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Learn our screen printing process on the job — a first step toward growing into an operator role. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. What We're Looking For Reliability — you show up on time, ready to work, every shift. Flexibility — you're happy to jump between packing, material handling, and helping on the line as the day demands. Attention to detail — you catch the small stuff and don't let errors slide. A team-first mindset — you communicate well and pitch in wherever the line needs you. Physical stamina — the role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout your shift. Comfort following safety protocols and wearing required PPE consistently. Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person from the ground up. Shift Availability We are hiring for all three shifts. 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd Shift — 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM 3rd Shift — 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Compensation $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and shift. What to Expect This is an active, on-your-feet role — you'll be standing, lifting, and moving for most of your shift, and the plant floor runs hot and can be loud. It's hands-on and fast-paced, and your contribution is visible every day. You'll work alongside a supportive team with clear expectations and direct communication from leadership. Associates who show reliability and mechanical aptitude have a clear path to grow into operator and Production Technician roles as we expand.
