The Packer inspects and packages plastic preforms, bottles, and jars according to quality and packaging standards. This role supports production operations by operating basic equipment, following safety and GMP procedures, and assisting with material handling duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay Range:
$15.75 - $17.25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect plastic products for quality defects and package according to specifications. Load preforms onto conveyors and remove finished bottles/jars from production lines. Follow all safety, GMP, and quality procedures. Operate basic production equipment and assist with minor machine issues as trained. Complete housekeeping, sanitation, pallet wrapping, and finished goods documentation tasks. Communicate quality or production concerns to Leads or team members.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
