Nesco Resource | Laurens, SC Nesco Resource is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Packer for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is responsible for inspecting, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards. Job Responsibilities Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or quality concerns. Pack finished products according to customer and production specifications. Verify correct quantities before packaging. Label, wrap, seal, and prepare products for shipment or storage. Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials. Maintain accurate production and packaging records. Monitor packaging materials and notify supervision when additional supplies are needed. Assist with moving finished products and materials throughout the production area. Maintain established production and quality standards. Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous packing, production, textile, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production goals. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
