Join Ambassador Packaging today! Position Summary The Gluer Inspector/Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and ensuring the quality of folding cartons produced on the folder-gluer machines. This role plays a vital part in delivering top-quality products to our customers by maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Inspection & Quality Control:

Inspect cartons during and after production for defects, such as gluing issues, printing flaws, or incorrect folds. Ensure products meet quality specifications before packing. Communicate quality issues promptly to machine operators or supervisors. Segregate nonconforming product based on instructions provided.

Packing & Handling:

Neatly and accurately pack finished cartons into cases according to job specifications. Ensure case label matches cartons. Ensure accurate count and packaging integrity.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 18+ years of age Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing a plus, but not required—willing to train motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Hours & Pay Regular Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Overtime:

Required as needed

Pay Range :

$16.70/hr
