Job Description
Join the Twisted Bee Snacks Team! Twisted Bee Snacks is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production & Packaging Team . This is a hands-on position where you'll help make, package, and prepare our seasoned pretzels for customers and retailers. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, this could be a great fit. Our current core shift is 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., with additional hours available based on business needs and shift availability. We offer flexibility for the right candidates and opportunities for up to 40 hours per week. What You'll Do Packaging pretzels into containers Mixing and seasoning batches of pretzels Applying product and lid labels Applying and checking safety seals Lidding and preparing finished products Boxing products for inventory and shipment Checking products for quality and accuracy Keeping production and work areas clean and organized Following food safety, production, and workplace safety procedures Helping with other production tasks as needed What We're Looking For You don't need previous food production experience—we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Pays attention to details and follows instructions Takes pride in doing the job correctly Works well independently and as part of a team Can stand for the duration of the shift Can lift up to 30 pounds as needed Is comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks Join us in a role that combines technical skill with operational excellence!
