Brewery/Beverage Packaging Associate - Entry Level Job Overview Riverside Collective is seeking an entry-level Brewery Packaging Associate to join our growing production team. This position supports the packaging of our beverage products while helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere. The ideal candidate is dependable, pays close attention to detail, and takes initiative when they notice a problem or an opportunity for improvement. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist with canning, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment Monitor products and packaging for quality and accuracy Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and quality-control procedures Keep production and packaging areas clean, organized, and safe Identify and communicate equipment, packaging, or product-quality issues Take initiative to address problems within the scope of the position Assist with production-line setup, changeovers, and cleanup Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Remain on your feet for most of the shift Safely lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds Perform other production and warehouse duties as needed Preferred Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, brewery, or food-production facility is preferred but not required Current forklift certification is preferred but not required Basic understanding of food safety and quality control Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to recognize problems and take appropriate initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate clearly Riverside Collective offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing while growing with an expanding company.
