Warehouse Trainee (Order Picker) TriStar Beverage, LLC - 3.0 Clarksville, TN Job Details Full-time $18.07 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Full time position with benefits, Mon - Friday, weekends off! No experience? No problem! Get your career started in this entry-level position where you will be trained to perform accurate order picking in the fast-paced beverage industry. This is a Monday through Friday job, with hours beginning at Noon and ending when all work is complete, so your ending time will vary. The work requires frequent pushing, pulling, and lifting of beverage products. Manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility are required. This is a position that requires a high level of personal fitness to meet the physical demands of the job. Qualified candidates will be able to lift up to 60 pounds repetitiously. We're seeking a reliable individual who has good work habits, including safe work practices, good attendance and punctuality, the ability to work well and get along with others, and the ability to learn and apply new skills. Your success will depend on YOU! The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Frequent pushing, pulling (up to 800 lbs.) Lifting up to 60 lbs. repetitively Manual dexterity, coordination, and mobility Standing/Walking - up to 10 hours Manipulate kegs up to 180 lbs. Pallet Jacks Forklifts Handheld SAFETY Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position. Attend safety training meetings, participate in safety training exercises/drills/ Complete all assigned safety training as required, which may include incident/accident corrective training, equipment recertification, and safety knowledge assessments. Role and Responsibilities Implement approved Company programs and policies: Safely and effectively pull a customer's order from the warehouse Stage it Obtain verification Then load each truck Work closely with entire warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed to be successful Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma/GED Preferred Skills Attention to Detail Ability to Learn and Apply New Skills Motivation to Advance Interpersonal Skills Safe Work Practices
