Pack & Assembly Associate JL Billet is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pack & Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for final visual inspection, assembly, packaging, and preparing finished parts for shipment. Responsibilities Visually inspect finished parts for damage, defects, or cosmetic issues Perform basic assembly and finishing tasks as required Wrap and package parts securely for outgoing shipments Ensure products are packaged according to customer and company requirements Accurately enter and track production and shipping data in the company ERP system Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Communicate any quality or packaging issues to management or Quality personnel Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cosmetic defects or damage Basic computer skills and ability to learn/use an ERP system Ability to read and follow written work instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move parts or boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or shipping experience is preferred. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with ERP systems is a plus Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
