$17.00 Position Summary The Bulk Picker/Manual Pallet Jack Operator is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing large-quantity customer orders for shipment within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, safe material-handling practices, and the ability to meet daily productivity and accuracy standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift while handling cases and bulk products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick and pull bulk products according to customer orders and pick tickets. Accurately identify products by item number, description, quantity, and location. Use RF scanners or other warehouse technology to locate and confirm inventory. Pull full cases and larger quantities of products from designated warehouse locations. Place selected merchandise onto pallets, carts, or other designated equipment. Build stable and organized pallets to prevent product damage during transportation. Verify quantities and product accuracy before orders are moved to the shipping area. Label and prepare completed orders for staging and shipment. Transport completed orders to designated staging areas using appropriate material-handling equipment. Assist with replenishing picking locations when needed. Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly located inventory and report discrepancies to warehouse leadership. Maintain productivity while ensuring order accuracy and quality. Keep aisles, picking areas, and workstations clean and free of safety hazards. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist other warehouse departments as business needs require. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred. Experience using an RF scanner is preferred. Ability to read and understand order information, product numbers, labels, and warehouse locations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven warehouse environment. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and lift. Ability to repeatedly handle boxes and cases throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels. #NASH1
