Role:

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our production line. In this role, you will catch and package plastic parts, assemble packaging materials, and help keep the work area organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

Catch and package plastic parts on the production line. Assemble spools and packaging materials using glue gun, staple gun, or manual hand motions. Coil or place cut material into cartons and move full cartons from the operating area. Assist with general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, and removing cardboard or debris. Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor once trained.

Qualifications:

Less than high school education accepted; related experience or training a plus. Ability to read and understand basic safety rules and work instructions. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Ability to follow simple instructions and work in a standardized environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods. Able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a loud production environment with moving machinery.
