Smith Creek Moonshine is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bottler to join our production team. You will bottle and seal our moonshine and whiskey into mason jars and whiskey bottles, ensuring every container meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bottle and seal mason jars and whiskey bottles with finished product.
• Accurately fill containers to required levels with minimal waste.
• Properly seal lids, corks, and apply shrink bands or other closures.
• Record batch information neatly and correctly.
• Conduct visual quality checks on fill, seals, labels, and overall appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace meeting food safety and TTB standards.
• Pack finished goods into cases for retail or shipping.
• Support additional production and retail tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 40-50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must pass background screening.
