We are recently part of the KB Components Global Company based out of Sweden. We are looking for a machine operator/packer to work on 1st shift.
Our hours are:
Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-2:30PM & Friday's 6:00AM-12:00AM (40 Hours a week). Production is a full-time entry-level position. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and packing high-precision machinery to produce top-quality plastic products. Your expertise will help ensure smooth production flow, uphold safety standards, and maintain exceptional quality control. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities The Machine Operator/Packer works directly at the molding machine press workstation during part production and separate good parts from bad parts, performs assigned operator tasks on injection molding and associated secondary and assembly equipment. This includes utilization inspection related equipment as defined with direction from the Shift Supervisor. Skills Follow all safety policies Properly perform assigned duties, as trained, on injection molding machines. Properly complete all necessary paperwork correctly and neatly. Follow defined and approved processes when carrying out daily tasks. Follow structured approaches to define and assist in solving product related problems Be at the assigned meeting area 5 minutes prior to assigned shift Notify your supervisor immediately of any defects of the products being produced. Notify supervisor immediately if machine stops producing parts. If the machine is running in automatic mode and does not produce parts, follow your supervisor's instructions and do not touch the machine controls unless instructed by your supervisor. Keep work area and plant clean and orderly, this includes wiping machines and support equipment off, sweeping work areas and entire plant with mopping when necessary. Communicate quality specifications and any problems experienced during the shift with the oncoming operator. Other duties as assigned. Lift a minimum of 55 lbs. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
