Amer Technology is partnering with Schneider Electric , a global leader in energy management and automation, to hire motivated Forklift Pick Pack Operators . This is a temp-to-hire position —giving you the chance to demonstrate your skills and grow into a long-term career with Schneider Electric. What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stage, and store materials Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials Perform daily equipment checks and follow OSHA and company safety standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For Experience:

6+ months of forklift operation (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Current forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift five days a week Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety mindset Why Join Through Amer Technology?
