We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Packaging Associate who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting things done right. If you work with urgency, stay organized, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you. What You'll Do — Order Packing & Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery and shipping Package and label products according to brand standards Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and ready for dispatch Prepare wholesale, retail, and e-commerce orders as needed Inventory & Organization Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory Keep packing stations stocked, clean, and organized Flag missing, damaged, low-stock, or incorrectly labeled products Organize packaging materials, finished goods, and supplies Packaging & Production Support Assemble product packaging, boxes, displays, labels, and other materials Follow packaging instructions and quality-control standards Help prepare products for upcoming launches, wholesale orders, and promotions Support the operations team with additional fulfillment and production tasks as needed What We're Looking For 21+ with valid ID Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong organization and time-management skills Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Previous packing, fulfillment, inventory, or shipping experience preferred Weekday and weekend availability preferred Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Employee product discounts Growth opportunities Fun, fast-paced team environment How to stand out — Email with: Your name & contact information A short introduction Your availability Resume or relevant experience Subject line: Packaging Associate - [Your Name]
