Balance Staffing is immediately hiring Production Operators for a semiconductor company in Austin.

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

We will train the individuals who want to gain knowledge and be a part of the operations team for a high-tech company. Weekly paychecks, full-time with great benefits.

Shifts:

• A Shift (Day): Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wednesday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ($18)
• C Shift (Day): Thurs, Fri, Sat, every other Wednesday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ($18)
• B Shift (Night): Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Saturday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am ($20)
• D Shift (Night): Wed, Thurs, Fri, every other Saturday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am ($20)

Job Functions:

Loading and unloading cassettes of wafers (Computer chips) that are 5

• 10 lbs.

Conduct quality inspection You will be wearing a head-to-toe smock to work in a clean-room environment, to protect the product. Loading the tools, and scanning the product Heavy computer usage On feet all day 12-hour shifts, 1.5 hours break. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
