S_180166 We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our Client's fast-paced fulfillment operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and pulling product orders quickly and accurately to meet strict daily shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pull product orders from warehouse shelves, racks, and storage bins according to pick tickets or electronic order management systems.

RF Scanner Operation:

Utilize handheld RF scanners or voice-pick technology to track inventory movements, confirm product numbers, and record picked quantities.

Packing & Staging:

Consolidate, wrap, and stage picked items onto pallets or staging lanes, preparing orders for final packing, labeling, and outbound freight loading.

Quality Control:

Inspect merchandise for damage, verify item descriptions and quantities, and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.

Facility Maintenance:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping aisles, disposing of trash/cardboard, and adhering to all OSHA standards.

Skills:

Equipment Knowledge:

Experience operating a manual/electric pallet jack or stand-up cherry picker / order selector forklift is a strong plus.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ years of experience as an Order Picker, Order Selector, or Warehouse Worker in a distribution environment.

Skills:

Comfort working with barcode scanners, basic math skills, and high attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, perform continuous standing, bending, reaching, and walking across a large warehouse floor for full 8-to-10-hour shifts.
