Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays required) Position Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated team members to support our manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in increasing productivity, reducing downtime, and minimizing waste while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a team to support daily manufacturing operations Assist with various jobs across the plant floor as needed Actively contribute to overall plant and facility upkeep Follow all company safety guidelines, including lock-out/tag-out procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards Stack and move parts weighing up to 30 lbs for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts) Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Willingness to work 1st and 2nd shifts Good attendance and reliability Must be authorized to work in the United States #nowhiring Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging environments Ability to adapt to changing workload demands and varying temperatures Skills & Abilities Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Problem-solving mindset and willingness to share ideas Ability to work with urgency to minimize downtime Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
