Job Summary:
The Specialist Fulfillment is responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system.
Job Responsibilities:
Specialist Fulfillment is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position. Performs manual packing duties including, but not limited to, packing and shipping completed orders, verifying accuracy, conformance to quality standards/specifications and preparing packages for mail. May be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations. May assist with department training and new hire support. Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate. Basic Qualifications High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. (pounds) in a repetitive motion, with or without accommodations Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation Willing to work a flexible shift Preferred Qualifications 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment and/or call center setting Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Basic PC knowledge and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similar operating/software programs We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Salary Range:
$15 - $20 / Hourly
