From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker to join our Fulfillment team. In this hands-on role, you'll accurately pick customer orders using our current manual picking process while maintaining an efficient pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, follows established processes, and takes pride in getting orders right. What You'll Do Pick customer orders accurately using the current manual picking process Maintain an efficient, steady pace while meeting daily fulfillment expectations Follow established picking procedures and processes Check items and order details carefully to help prevent errors Keep work areas organized and support a smooth fulfillment workflow Work safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistent picking pace Comfort with a manual picking process; RF scanners are not currently used Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety expectations Ability to walk and stand for most of an 8-hour shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus You'll Thrive Here If You're dependable and ready to contribute at the start of each shift You take pride in accurate work and catching the small details You enjoy staying active and moving throughout the day You can stay focused and organized while working at a steady pace You're comfortable following a consistent process in a fast-paced environment You'll be part of the team that helps get the right products into makers' hands accurately and on time.
