Position Overview 425 Apparel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Help to join our growing production team. Reporting directly to the shop Manager, this role is Responsible for pulling, packing and/or palletizing products and loading trucks. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by supervisor . This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering top-tier finished products. Full job description SUMMARY Responsible for pulling, packing and/or palletizing products and loading trucks. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by supervisor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pulling products for orders; ensuring correct product is pulled and packed
• Palletizing products
• Building pallets to size of products
• Making boxes from slip sheets to fit products
• Loading product on trucks
• Use of pallet jack and forklift
• Timely communication to the lead of issues that arise throughout the day regarding products and shipments

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work flexible hours with overtime
• Ability to work in non-air conditioned facility
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
• Ability to bend, squat and lift
• Ability to use small tools such as a tape gun & box cutters
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to read & write in English
• Ability to package, wrap and make cardboard boxes to fit product/pallets
• Ability to label shipments with required pallet & product labeling

PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL

• Bilingual Skills - English/Spanish
• Previous dock experience - (6 months to 1 year)
• Experience loading trucks
• Previous packaging and palletizing of shipments
• Forklift Experience
• UPS & Fed EX Processing on these computer programs
• Previous experience in small item packaging for UPS/Fed Ex shipments

$17.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires lots of heavy (up to 50lbs) lifting, are you able to handle consistent lifting of metal products? Are you able to work overtime? This position works in non climate controlled environment with lots of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Are you able to do this? Do you have reliable transportation? We do not provide relocation assistance. Are you located in the DFW area? This position requires that you have flexible hours. Hours can vary between 8:30am and as late as 8:30pm. Are you flexible?
