Job Summary:

shift : 7:00AM - 3:30PM We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick inventory items and prepare orders for audit and packing Scan and assign picked items to the correct orders using RF scanners Maintain accurate documentation related to quality checks and inspections Assist supervisors with resolving operational issues Support other warehouse departments as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus) Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience using RF scan guns in a warehouse setting (required) Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an open warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience Experience with cycle counting (basic level acceptable) Forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up pallet jack preferred) Reach truck or order picker experience is a plus, but not required High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

This position involves physical work in a warehouse setting, including frequent standing, lifting, and use of hands and manual tools.
