As an Order Puller, you will receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill customer orders, and prepare orders for packing and shipment. This position involves pulling materials from outside the building and requires employees to safely organize, retrieve, and move inventory while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Pick, fill, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
• Pull and retrieve materials from outside the building while following safety procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and organized

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of warehouse-related experience in shipping and receiving
• Experience operating a reach truck, forklift, and order picker
• Experience with carbon flanges and fittings is a plus
• Ability to safely work outdoors and handle warehouse materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
