Duties Efficiently pick items using order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, and RF scanner systems to fulfill customer orders accurately. Pack products securely using proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload shipments with heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy through barcode scanning, inventory management systems, and regular stock checks. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against orders and updating inventory records. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Skilled in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and quality control procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety guidelines. Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics accuracy. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment. Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety standards.
